Dodgers’ Joe Kelly throws behind Astros’ Alex Bregman, taunts Carlos Correa

The inevitable has finally happened in the MLB. During last night’s Dodgers and Astros game, Joe Kelly threw a 96 mph fastball behind the head of Alex Bregman in the sixth inning during Tuesday night’s game.

This caused benches to clear after a few pitches later a few more brush-back pitches, Kelly mocked Carlos Correa with a pouty face as he walked off the mound after striking Correa out and shared some pretty words, prompting both benches to clear and offering a brief snapshot of the tension that still lingers between these teams.


Two MLB games postponed

The MLB is experiencing their first outbreak of COVID-19 positive tests. The Miami Marlins has eight players and two coaches tested positive. They are coming off a series with the Philadelphia Phillies. Per reports, the Marlins are delaying a return to Miami.

This has postponed the Marlins home opener against the Baltimore Orioles and the Phillies have postponed their game against the New York Yankees. The Marlins played an exhibition game in Atlanta on Wednesday last week which may have been an area where the outbreak started.
